The
bonneville pacific class action lawsuit is another example of an
"Enron-like" company that is being sued for fraudulent
business practices. The officers of Bonneville Pacific have
been indicted of securities fraud. Moreover, these same
directors have been accused of swindling investors and
creditors. The company opened in 1986 and went bankrupt in
1991.
