If
you use Paypal as your payment processor for your business, you
will probably be surprised to hear of a paypal lawsuit and that
you can participate in a class action lawsuit against Paypal.
What's
good about Paypal is that it allows the "very small
business" to have an "e-commerce" ability online at
low cost.
What's
not good is that this lawsuit does not help Paypal's reputation,
especially for a business that handles the money of its clients.

needs to do to be included in this class action lawsuit (if you
have proof your accounts were mishandled). There is a short
form and a long form. Also, for some, the deadline to file
is October 23, 2004. If you received an email from Paypal
about this lawsuit--find out when is the deadline to file your
