Because
of the brutality incident that occurred at a private Texas prison,
the state of Missouri has filed a lawsuit against the county where
that prison is located. The question is then raised
regarding companies that run private prisons--their concern for
making a profit and the fact that it has been reported that it is
harder for prisoners to earn points for good behavior.
