Serzone, also called nefazodone hydrochloride, is part of a class of drugs known as antidepressants.  

It is made by Bristol-Meyers Squibb Company and is used to treat mental depression by augmenting natural substances in the brain.

Side effects of Serzone may include unclear vision, skin rash or itching, dizziness, ringing in the ears, dry mouth, nausea, tiredness, jaundice, dark colored urine, loss of appetite, yellowing of the whites of the eyes, abdominal pain, and physical discomfort or uneasiness
