ceoxx law suit

Merck's voluntary withdrawal of Vioxx from the United States on September 30, 2004, has started a Vioxx and ceoxx law suit for all patients worldwide who have suffered from these prescribed group of drugs.  Ceoxx is the brand name for other countries.  Both brand names are a drug named Rofecoxib, used to relieve arthritis and pain.

A 3-year study confirmed that after 18 months of taking Rofecoxib, patients who had healthy hearts beforehand increased their chances for stroke or heart attack compared to patients who were given placebo.
