ceoxx medication

ceoxx medication would be more well known outside of the United States.  It is the  "twin" of Vioxx, the brand name used in the United States.  Both Ceoxx and Vioxx are a medication called Rofecoxib, used to relieve arthritis and acute pain.

Merck's voluntary recall of Vioxx on September 30, 2004 also affects the same for Ceoxx in other countries.

A three-year study discovered that patients who did not have any history of heart disease and who took Ceoxx or Vioxx experienced greater risk of stroke or heart attack when compared to patients who took placebo.
